it was worth the wait

...seeing David Cook won Idol was worth the extra hours i spent on the TV instead of getting my usual sleep time

..and seeing Bryan Adams again after a long time was orgasmic...he's just like fine wine

...enough said! :)

another hit for Cook!

...my shift for the week starts by midnight and most of the time i wake up an hour before 12 to get ready for work, but earlier and for tomorrow i am making an exception - who can pass up Mariah Carey night on American Idol?...fans of her like me waited for seven seasons to see this :)

...as what i've expected Carly Smithson delivered "Without You" and i wished she could have taken it a notch higher to show her vocal range instead of playing it safe and held back...what amazed me most and i think most people would agree is the very bold arrangement of David Cook's "Always be my Baby" - it was just perfect :)

...i never thought this song can be interpreted in that way...i always have this song imagined as your "girly karaoke type" of song...most fans of Mariah would agree that it was the best performance of the night :)

...gotta set up that alarm again for tomorrow's elimination :)

...i think Kristy's finally saying bye bye :)

who made "Billie Jean" sexier?

...Dave Cook made a risk in giving MJ's "Billie Jean" a different interpretation...and i never heard that song performed in that way - and it was worth it...the judges liked it and thought it was very original which i agreed until i came to learn that Chris Cornell had that version first - Youtube is super amazing as usual

...here's David's version

...and here's the super sexy Chris Cornell original version

...which one is better? i would go for Cornell - it's sexier and he doesn't have a fat chin hehehe...sorry David fans :)
