on house arrest

Current Facebook Status: on marathon : Flashforward and CSI NY; a bag of leftover Ruffles, 2 packs of YanYan and my Funchum! all i'm missing is a cuddle :)

...i'm nursing a bad case of lower back ache and this will probably keep me in house arrest for the next 2 days...the only thing that i was able to do during my off from work is some retail therapy from Lacoste (the vintage/washed series is back!!!)



..stayed for few minutes at Starbucks (i got lots of free GCs that i can treat you guys coffee for one whole week hehehe)



...if anyone wants some tea latte love then let me know...it's on me :)

little black book

...my Starbucks journal is my new blog/black book...it's actually the first time i tried using one coz usually i used to give them as gifts to friends for x-mas...and since i like the material this year, i decided to keep one for myself...and i can't stop writing random rants and raves in it and i was flipping pages like crazy posting doodles and stuff :)

...few day more and '09 is over...i'll skip the resolutions this time...i never get to do any one of them anyway specially the overused "diet" word...like who am i kidding? heheheh



..before the year ends i want one of these babies so badly :)

long wait is over!

....dark cherry mocha finally arrived at Starbucks,,,i think i was way more excited for this than my own birthday hehehe (kidding)....and to my delight i was not disappointed,,,the first sip was just orgasmic it was almost better than sex hehehe but then again almost....



...it felt like drinking a hot cup of Cherry Coke bwehehe and since i have not been able to find my usual stock of Cherry Coke, havin' this is is more than what i can ask for...

i don't know when did my obsession for cherry started...i just knew that it's one of the best stuff on earth :) ...yeah i'm now exagerrating hehehe...few more shot at Starbs earlier...





...i was even wearing red for the occasion...yay!

first of summer...Baguio chill :)

...it started with an almost 4 hour ride and i finally got to see Baguio for the first time after i procrastinated with the plan of going for the longest time hehehe...it's a party of two (if i were straight, then it would feel like me and Sheila were on a honeymoon hehehe)...i spent almost quarter of the day walking, i guess that's always the best way you get to enjoy a new place - sight seeing at its finest :)



...the walk from SM Baguio down to their public market reminded me of my last trip to Macau (the part where you make your way to St. Paul ruins - though less crowded)...i think that was the only thing i didn't get to enjoy Baguio, it's way too crowded...people mushrooms from almost everywhere that you need all the breathing space you can finally get - yes, even if taking it in the stairs :)




...of course, the trip won't be complete without the must-have camwhorin' sessions that make Baguio famous (and i think it still got the rep for being the summer capital of Pinas)

...out of boredom i started to search for blog of old friends...friends i havent' seen for a long time, some i no longer talk to and much to my surprise i saw a picture of someone who gave me a big laugh

...he's someone i haven't even met in person but claimed to have spoken with me on the phone (i might have but i don't bother to remember) and he made this comment that still lingers in my mind which i find funny until this day - "Bakit mo boyfriend si Ash, eh boses babae yan"

...i mean that's fine and i'm not offended by it as long as it came from someone who's straight as Beckham but hell nooooo!!! - when i saw his picture, he was the type you can smell faggotry (if there is such a word) million miles away...i wonder how the bitch sounded over the phone hehehe

...oh well, thanks for putting a smile on my face

..Starbucks finally opened in Clark ( i bribed the driver earlier to make a stop at Starbs before going to the office) and ow i'll be spending the weekend at Baguio for a chill - now i got 2 more reasons to smile :)

my music video debut and back to dating myself again

...oh yes...i'm back to dating myself - my alter ego missed me much fro so many weeks already so i'm back to doing what i do best before...taking myself out on a date --- this sounded really pathetic but how else can u kill so much of your spare time if you've got nothing to do at home or having no one to spend that free time with --- once again...it's pathetic

...went to the mall alone, good thing i bumped into Sheila so i got some company in watching The Simpsons...i think i was laughing mah ass out soo loud that it didn't turn out funny for those who are seated next to me...sorry folks! the movie was bit short but it was good

...had coffee at starbucks after (well actually had their slushie new offerings)

...i haven't been talking much about myself lately in my blog...i don't get to talk to strangers what's been going on with my daily life - it's as if someone's that interested enough to know about it...maybe i just need less self-gratification these days than the usual...

...for the past 2 weeks, my time's taking up by reading books - most often at Starbucks...the pleasure of getting the perfect corner couch all to yourself while having two white plugs in your ear drifting to Norah Jones's debut album in your own wonderland while being absorbed into a world you felt was solely created for you by the book's author is something that is priceless...it's some of the world's pleasure that can make you cry :)



..there's lots of title that i want to read...i want to finish reading a book one after the other...these are the 3 books that I want to read for the next 2 weeks...gonna be searching for these babies at National Bookstore by Tuesday...

1. A night without Armor - Jewel Kilcher



***this is from one of my fave artist ever...my blog was even named after her last name!!! hehehe...these are collection of Jewel's poem and i know there's an audiobook for this one...i soo want to get it :)


2. Bridges of Madison County - Robert James Waller



***this has been around ages ago, I've seen the movie but as they always say, most of the time, the book's way better :)

3. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - JK Rowling
